Australia Delivery Options

Enjoy *FREE Delivery on all orders over $50 (must not to be used in conjunction with any other offers).

We deliver to Australian customers via Australia Post, you will be given the option to choose from Standard or Express Delivery on the checkout page.

Please feel free to contact us prior to completing your order if you require signature on delivery or insurance. Additional charges may apply.

If no one is available to receive your parcel, Australia post will safe drop the parcel in a secure location, if a secure location is not available an Australia Post parcel pick-up card will be left for you to collect your order from your nearest Post office at your earliest convenience. We recommend a work address for prompt delivery.


Processing

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 11am AEST within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.

Next working day if your postcode is covered by the AU Post Express Network.

Orders must be placed by 11 AM AEST. Please note some postcodes are excluded from the next business day network and it is likely to take up to 2 working days. Express Post Orders to WA, NT, SA and TAS outside the Express Post Network might take 3-4 working days. Please check the AU Post website for details.

International orders (Australia Post)

5-10 working days. 

Remote destinations can take up to 15 working days.

International Orders

International orders are sent via Australia Post International. Postage charges are based on weight and are displayed on the checkout page.

We currently deliver to New Zealand and USA. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to order from a different country, we'll try our best to organise this for you. Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control, there may be some countries or regions that we may be unable to ship to.
Deliveries to New Zealand require a signature upon delivery, therefore we recommend a work address if more convenient. 
Postage charges are displayed on the checkout page and are based on the weight of your order. A parcel weighing 500g would usually cost $18, whilst a parcel weighting 1 Kg would usually cost $26.

International orders may be subject to import charges. amorganica accepts no responsibility for these, please check with your customs office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether import charges apply to your country.


Tracking your order

Australian orders can be tracked on the Australia Post website. A tracking reference number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your shipped order.


Stock Availability

In the rare event an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted immediately.


Wrong Address

Please carefully check your order and delivery address on the checkout page. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete.


Goods Lost or Damaged in transit

We do our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. We offer all customers the opportunity to select delivery with signature prior to completing the checkout process. Customers who choose not to include signature on delivery of their parcel accept that amorganica is not responsible for the loss or damage in transit and the parcel will not be replaced, reshipped or refunded.


RETURNS

10 Day Returns (unused and unopened)

We hope you will love your order, we personally check and package them with care. We are happy to accept returns for up to 10 days from the day the order is invoiced and subject to a few conditions. Please note delivery costs are not refunded and we reseve the right to refuse a refund if the items are not-saleable.

We will happily issue a store credit towards your next online purchase subject to the following conditions:

  • Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
  • Products must be returned and arrive back in original, unopened, unused and saleable condition, with original box, packaging and contents.
  • On return, your products will be inspected, please ensure that you take adequate measures to return items as new, as any damaged products will be rejected. We recommend sending goods with tracking, as we will not take responsibility for lost returned goods.
  • amorganica will not accept change of mind returns for gift certificates or any item(s) purchased from the “Sale or "Offers" section of our website.
  • 10 day return policy starts from the date of your order.
  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours once the return goods are received by us.

In the unfortunate event that you have had an allergic reaction to one of our products, you may return it with no more than ¼ of the product used. We always recommend doing a skin test first before using any new products and we always list the complete ingredient listings as supplied to us by the manufacturer with every product.  


Faulty Goods

All items at amorganica are personally checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you received a faulty or damaged item please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. Returns and exchanges requests for faulty items must be submitted within 2 days of receipt and items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
